Mr. Robert Adam Mills, 41, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  Born December 5, 1981, he was a son of Doug and Kathy Mills.

He loved his family, loved the game of baseball and softball and coached both.  He was an avid hunter and a hard worker. He never met a stranger and was a pillar of the community, willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Adam will be 11 AM, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail – East Campus in Marshville with burial to follow in Marshville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends following the service by the graveside.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Sarah Austin Mills; children, Aiden, Ainsley, Addi and Asher; his parents, Doug and Kathy Mills: brother, Chris Mills (Kelly): brother-in-law, Lindsey Austin (Renee); nieces and nephew, Hunter Mills and Sydney Mills, Kimmie Austin and Chloe Austin; mother-in-law, Tania Austin Helms.
