Alice Brewer Caudle Birmingham, 89, passed away Saturday February 18 ^th , 2017 at CMC Union.  She was born on October 19 ^th , 1927 in Anson County to the late Claude Wilson and Dezzie Simpson Brewer.  She was a retired teacher from Union County Schools.  She is also preceded in death by her brother C.W. Brewer, Jr., and husbands: Fred Plyler, Jr., and Fred Fisher Caudle, Sr.

Funeral Services will be 2pm Monday the 20 ^th of February, 2017 in the Chapel of Morgan & Son.  Interment will follow in the Marshville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2pm on Monday at Morgan & Son.

Survivors include her husband Eugene Davis Birmingham.  Her son Fred Fisher Caudle of Asheville.  Step-children: Catherine Birmingham, Davis Birmingham, Susan O'Keefe, and Ted Birmingham.  Her sister Peggy Brewer Joyce.  Nine step-grandchildren and 1 great step-grandchild.
