Mr. Alvin W. Simpson, 68, passed away November 8, 2013 at CMC Main. He was born in Union County on February 11, 1945 to the late Lewis Wilbert and Dorothy Helms Simpson. He was a retired machinist. Funeral Services will be 2pm Wednesday in the Chapel of Morgan & Son. Visitation will be 6pm-7:30pm Tuesday at Morgan & Son. He is survived by his wife Nina H. Simpson of the home. Two sons: Mark A Simpson and his wife Lee Ellen of Pennsylvania and Brian M. Simpson of Georgia. One stepdaughter Lisa Kimmer of Monroe. One grandson Matthew Simpson.
