Mrs. Ann Rorie Griffin, 78, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Monroe Rehabilitation. Born April 14, 1941 in Union County, she was a daughter of the late Olin Herbert Rorie and Lillian Funderburk Rorie. She was preceded in death by siblings, Elaine Martin, Gary Rorie and Larry Rorie
A celebration of life will be held 11 AM Friday, December 13, 2019 from the Philadelphia Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5-7 PM at Morgan & Son Funeral Home.
Mrs. Griffin is survived by sons, Nicky Lee and his wife Lori of Marshville and Bobby Lee and his wife Sandra of Marshville; step son, Rev. Marty Griffin and his wife Kenda of Marshville; step daughter, Penny Crot and husband Bill of Monroe; brother, Sonny Rorie and his wife Martha of Marshville; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
