Mrs. Avis Ross Lee, 97 passed away the 30th of September, 2015 at Royal Park in Matthews. She was the daughter of the late Ellis Pernay and Lela Tucker Ross. Mrs. Lee retired from Mercy Hospital where she was a Floor Secretary. In addition to her parents she preceded in death by her husband Mr. Samuel Wilson Lee and her siblings: Blonnie Ross and Mildred Ross Helms. Mrs. Lee was also preceded in death by her daughter in law Jane McElroy Lee.

Funeral Services will be 11am Saturday the 3rd of October, 2015 in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home of Marshville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Service.
She is survived by her son Mr. Donald R. Lee of Charlotte. Three grandchildren: Mr. Brian Lee and his wife Melody, Mrs. Sherri Lee-Cich and her husband Todd and Marcus Lee. Five great-grandchildren: Allison, Alex, Abby, Savannah and Melena.
