Charlotte - Mrs. Eunice Bernice Davis, 94, passed away Wednesday February 1, 2022, at Atrium Health University City in Charlotte.  Born September 19, 1927 in Anson County, NC, she was a daughter of Luther and Pett Thomas.  She was also preceded in death by a brother Harold Thomas and a son, Michael Davis, and a grandchild, Robby Davis.  Bernice was a wonderful and caring Christian woman, who loved the Lord and her family.  She was a charter member of Gloryland Baptist Church and was very devoted to her church.

A graveside service will be private at New Home Baptist Church. A public church celebration will be held at a later date at her church Gloryland Baptist Church and will be announced by Morgan & Son Funeral Home.

Bernice is survived by sons, Bobby (Laura) Davis, Ricky Davis and Gary Davis; grandchildren, Holly Davis, Michael Davis and Glory Ann Quay; step grandchild, Shane Abernathy; sister, Barbara (Bobby) Dennis; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials made to the choice of the donor.
