Marshville – Mrs. Billie Griffin Hough, 93 passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Autumn Care in Marshville. Born August 3, 1929 in Union County, NC, she was a daughter of the late J. Frank Griffin and Vena Helms Griffin. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Louisa Newsome, James Griffin, Virginia McFall, Robert Griffin, Sudie Belvoir, Betty Jo Griffin and F.D. Griffin.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Billie will be 2 PM, Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Marshville Presbyterian Church with a private burial in the Marshville City Cemetery.

Those left to cherish her memory include special nephew, Greg Griffin, nieces, friends, and a cousin, Ruth Helms.
