Polkton - Mrs. Bobbie Wright, 88, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at Hospice House in Monroe.  Born May 14, 1933 in Anson County, she was a daughter of the late John Fred Maske and Rosa Edwards Maske. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Ed, June, Jack, Ruth, Rena and Jane Eller.  She was affectionally known as the "pink" lady.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Bobbie will be 2 PM, Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Polkton Baptist Church, 305 Polk Street, Polkton, NC  28135, with burial to follow in the Williams Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church from 1-1:45.

Mrs. Wright is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Thomas (Doug); grandchildren; Heather Lear (Robbie) and Dustin Thomas (Jennifer); great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Cierra, Coy, Brodie, Cooper, Harper and Hudson.

Memorials can be made to the Polkton Baptist Church, 305 Polk Street, Polkton, NC  28135.
