Bobby Foster Hill Sr.

Bob, age 81, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, LA. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was an extremely hard worker and took great pride in providing for his family. Bob enjoyed golfing, building things, and working in his yard. He could often be found cutting the grass or piddling around outside. Bob adored his grandchildren and took the title of Papa very seriously. He was a strong man with a heart of gold that will be forever missed.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ann Hill; daughter, Heather Robinson (Darwin); sons, Steven Hill (Missy), Bobby Hill Jr.; mother, Claudia Hill; brother, James Hill; grandchildren, Cameron Hill, Lydia Gedmin (Ben), Avery Robinson, Cassie Harper, Josh Hill; and great-grandson, Kayden Hill.

Bob is preceded in death by his father, Clyde Hill; and sister, Linda Moody.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a graveside service at Marshville Cemetery. Dates and times to be announced as information becomes available.
