Brenda Moore Smith, 56, a native of Peachland, North Carolina and a resident of Saraland, Alabama passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at her residence. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents Graydon and Mildred (Wright) Carpenter.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Brenda will be 3 PM Thursday, at Harmony Community Baptist Church with burial in the Peachland City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-2:45 in the church's fellowship building.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Miranda Hayes-Ingram (Zak); Alena Moore, Alicia Moore, and Melody Moore; grandchildren, Zakiya Little, Mariaha Little, Loyalty Little, Miles Redmond, Asher Redmond, and Lucas Redmond; sisters, Rose Liles and Sandra Oliver; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
