Mrs. Brenda P. Williams, 72, passed away on Sunday the 31st of January, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Union County on September 2, 1943 to the late Norris and Peggy Brooks Purser. She was preceded in death by her grandchildren: Randy Smith and Hunter Williams.
Funeral Services will be 2pm Wednesday the 3rd of February, 2016 in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Godwin Family Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Morgan & Son.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years Max, her five children: Debra Smith and her husband Bill, Randy Williams and his wife Dawn, Annette Kiker and her husband Brent, and Steven Williams and his friend Sophia Tarlton all of Marshville and Wesley Williams and his wife Elaine of Stanfield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Three sisters: Joan Polk, Sheila Cooper and Tammy Warwick and many nieces and nephews also survive her.
