Ms. Brianna "Bree" June Roberts, 24, passed away peacefully in her home on March 16, 2026. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bill and June Escott and her sister, Samantha Roberts.

Brianna was a smart and beautiful young lady who cherished her family and friends. She enjoyed drawing, painting, crocheting, and spending time with her beloved dogs. She grew up and attended school in Anson County, NC. She joined the AmeriCorps program after graduating high school where she worked with underserved children in schools in Milwaukee, WI. She returned to NC to live and work after her time in the program.

Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Dana LaRue (Joseph) and Michael Roberts (Tana); siblings, Evelyn LaRue, Angela Treu (Storm), Aaron Ragsdale, Maesen Roberts, and Jeremy Roberts; her dear friends, Larissa and Candice, her nieces and nephews Ella, Ruby, Eliza, Raiden, and Beau; aunts, Lisa, Kathy, Debbie, and Teresa; and paternal grandparents, Arbutus and Kenneth Roberts and Peggy LaRue.

A private graveside service will be held at the cemetery of Hopewell Methodist Church where she will be laid to rest with her grandparents.
