Mr. Charles S. Boyce, Jr. 66, passed away Saturday the 26th of December, 2015 at his residence. He was the son of the late Charles S. and Kate Godwin Boyce. He was the owner of Evergreen Lawn Service.
Charlie was Past Master of Beaver Dam Masonic Lodge #276. He was also the Secretary of the Lodge for 3 decades. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Charlie was also a devoted member of Marshville Presbyterian Church for over 5 decades.
Memorial Services with full Masonic Rites will be 11am Wednesday under the Gazebo of Marshville City Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
Charlie is survived by his daughter Mrs. Wendy B. Zalaquett and her husband Eddie of Weddington. Two grandsons: Evan and Sean Zalaquett.
