Mr. Charles Brooks Turner, Jr., 87 of Marshville passed away Monday, December 1, 2025, at Hospice House in Monroe.  Born September 30, 1938, in Union County, he was the son of the late Charles Brooks Turner, Sr. and Bessie Meggs Turner.  He was also preceded in death by his wife Brenda Elnora Little Turner and a brother, Harold Turner.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Charles will be 3 PM Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends following the graveside in the church's fellowship building.

Those left to cherish his memory include a son, Michael Turner (Susan); daughters, Dawn Phillips and Karen Parker (Lee); grandchildren, Kim and Andy Medlin, Kelli Phillips, Dustin and Kristen Jankura, Sallie, Lela and Wyatt Parker, Cody and Sidney Turner, Brooke McMillan (Bernard), Elizabeth and Casey Stennett; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Lucas, Hunner, Adriana, Jolie, Liyah Grace, Jaxon, Luke, Raylan, Tate, Blakely, Olivia Cole, and Banks; siblings, Susan Lugo (Raul), Mary Coble and Comrade Turner (Janette).

The family suggest memorials made to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 7002 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Marshville, NC  28103.
