Mrs. Claire W. Fleming 86, passed away January the 16 ^th , 2017 at the Jesse Helms Center in Monroe.  She was born on July the 17 ^th , 1930 to the late Ernest and Phyllis Champ Walker.  She was a retired accountant and an active artist.

In accordance to her wishes there will be no services.

She is survived by her son Ernest Goetling of Marshville and Kris Goetling of Miami.
