Curtis C. Smith's Obituary
Mr. Curtis C. Smith, 94, of Peachland, died Saturday, September 19, 2015 at his home. Born July 28, 1921 in Anson County, he was a son of the late James and Bessie Thomas Smith.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Tuesday at New Home Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm in the church's fellowship building.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Elizabeth; son, Randy Smith and his wife Traci of Peachland; daughter, Donna Byrd of Peachland; grandchildren, Doug and Devin Smith, Beverly Bowles and Crystal Szvetitz; great grandchildren, Daniel and Conner Bowles, Ashlyn and Trenton Szvetitz.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of Union County, 700 West Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28112 or New Home Baptist Church, 1617 New Home Church Road, Peachland, NC 28133
