Polkton – Mrs. Daisy C. Hildreth, 90, passed away, Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Anson Health and Rehabilitation in Wadesboro surrounded by her loving family.  Born July 11, 1931 in Bladen County, NC, and later came to live in Anson County at the age of 3.  Daisy retired from Southern Bell (now AT&T).  She was preceded in death by her sister, Hazel Hallax, brother, Charles Coppedge, grandson, Michael Donaldson and husbands, Bill Manis, Eulis Dills and Curtis Hildreth and step daughter, Delores Largen.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Daisy will be 11 AM, Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC  28227.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10- 10:45 at the funeral home.

Daisy is survived by her children, Sheila Donaldson (Joe), John Manis, Terry Manis (Debbie); step children, Allen Dills, Dorothy Purdy, Donna Thomas, Pat Solomon, Rhonda Hendrix, Cindy Wilson, Karen Carter and Angie Williams; brother, Ernie Coppedge (Sandra); 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a number of step great and great-great grandchildren.
