Mr. David Lee Edwards, 69 passed away on July 19, 2024, at Atrium Health – Cabarrus.  Born January 24, 1955, in Cabarrus County, he was a son of the late James Otis Edwards and Lydia Collins Edwards.  He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Terry Goodson.

The family will host a graveside service at 10AM on Saturday, July 27 in the Marshville City Cemetery. All floral tributes can be delivered to the graveside service.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sister, Rachael Edwards; nephew, Michael Goodson (Jennifer) and their children, Caleb Goodson (Brittney) and Kennedy Price (Jesse) and their children, Sylus and Adelaide Price; wife of Terry, Wanda Goodson, their children, Hunter Goodson, Nova and Kayla Black (David) and their children Aaron and Sophie Black.
