Marshville - David "Butter" Brownlow Traywick, 59, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at his home after a battle with cancer.  Born October 12, 1962, he was a son of the late Harold Bruce Traywick and Bobbie Rose Tucker Traywick.  He loved gardening and working with his hands and telling jokes. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and family as a whole.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of David will be 2 PM Sunday from the chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home.

David is survived by his wife Dawn Traywick, children, Jennifer Traywick (Berry Hamer) and Erika Traywick, grandchildren, Cali and Mason; brothers, Ricky (Teresa Bearden) Traywick, Randy (Mary Davis) Travis and Dennis (Mary Cordier) Traywick; sisters, Rose Arrowood, Linda Sue Traywick.
