Mr. David Alton Tyler, 85, passed away, Friday, October 27, 2023 at Five Oaks Rehabilitation in Concord.  Born September 6, 1938 in Hoke County, NC, he was a son of the late Claud Tyler and Myrtle Koonce Sneed.  He was also preceded in death by his wife Frances in 2017 and brothers, Paul Tyler and John Tyler.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of David will be held at noon on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Marshville City Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 - 11:45 AM prior to the service.
Those left to cherish his memory include two sons: Bryan A. Tyler (Karen) and Stephen E. Tyler (Angela); grandchildren, Adrienne O. Davis and Jacob A. Tyler; great-grandchildren, Aiden Tyler, Nora Davis and Eleanor Davis.
