Marshville – Cleamon Dennis Baucom, 78, passed away at Atrium – Pineville on Sunday, January 2, 2022. Born May 24, 1943 in Union County, NC he was a son of the late Cleamon and Jessie Mae Rushing Baucom.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Frances Forester, granddaughter, Rachel Baucom and a great grandson, Gabriel Price.  He proudly served his country in the US Navy and retired from McGee Corporation after 40 years of service.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Edith Boatright Baucom, sons, Randy Baucom of Pageland, SC, Brian Baucom of Marshville and Aaron Baucom (Sheila) of Polkton; brother, Devon Baucom (Wanda) of Marshville; sister, Doris Brooks (Don) of Monroe; grandchildren, Dusty, Jake, Brianna, Samatha and Felicia; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
