Monroe - Mrs. Dorothy Earp Williams, 79, passed away, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Brookdale Memory Care in Monroe.  Born April 20, 1941 in Union county, she was a daughter of the late Dexter and Carrie Helms Earp. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Williams. She was the life of the party, no matter where she went.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Dorothy will be 3 PM Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Mill Creek Baptist Church.  Please exercise social distancing while at the service.

Mrs. Williams is survived by sons, Mark Williams (Kathy) of Peachland and John Williams (Gloria) of Monroe; sister, Brenda Anderson of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Kelly Morgan, Dustin Williams, Danny Presson and Nikki Griffin; 7 great-grandchildren.
