Fred Martin Stewart, 85, passed peacefully and safely into the arms of Jesus on January 27, 2023.
Born on December 8, 1937 in Union County, he was a son of the late Homer Van Stewart and Alice Mae Hall Stewart. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Van, and sisters Billie, Peggy, Johnnie, Frances, and Sarah Virginia; also his sons Timothy Stewart and David Stewart; and a Great Grandson, Landon Pirate Felstow.

Fred is survived by his wife, Kaye Stewart; sons Jimmy Stewart (Angel), and Kenneth Stewart;  grandchildren TJ Stewart, Stephanie Austin, Jantzen Stewart, Austin Stewart, Allie Craig, and Zachary Stewart;  great grandchildren Tuesday-Rose Felstow, Jebediah Craig, and Zachary Stewart Jr; also sister Ruth Simon and brother Thomas Stewart.

There will be a graveside memorial service on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 3PM at Marshville City Cemetery, Marshville NC
