Geraldine Griffin, of Columbia, SC passed away peacefully on May 31, 2019. She was born in Charlotte, NC on April 3, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Murray and Ruby Griggs of Pinehurst, NC. She received great joy from helping others in her community and never met a stranger. In addition, her family was very important to her and she enjoyed sharing love, laughter, and kindness with them. Jerrie is welcomed into heaven by our Heavenly Father and the loving arms of her husband, the late Mitchell C. Griffin. She is survived by her devoted and caring children, Roxanne Edwards and Ron Griffin as well as their partners Charles Edwards and Brenda Griffin; her granddaughters Jennifer Pedersen and husband, Eric Pedersen; Brittany Robinson and husband, Brent Robinson; Brooke Griffin; her grandsons Matthew Bryant; Blake Griffin and his wife, Megan Griffin; her great-grandchildren Brayden Robinson, Beckham Robinson, and Cole Griffin.
