Mr. Graham W. Griffin 89, transitioned to be with his beloved wife Peggy on July the 24th, 2019. He was born in Union County to the late Worley Atlas and Effie Lee Bivens Griffin on Christmas Day in 1929. He was retired from the US Postal Service. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Mrs. Lynn Griffin Cheshire.
Funeral Services will be 11am Friday at Centerview Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
Mr. Griffin is survived by his daughter Martha Jackson of Kannapolis. His son Mr. Mike Griffin and his wife Pam of Marshville. His grandchildren: Laura Boucher, Drew Cheshire, Tara Cheshire, Melissa Griffin, Amanda Wallace and Holly Griffin. Great-grandchildren: Leah Boucher, Cameron Cheshire, Katy Cheshire, Jonah Cheshire, Brooke Carella, Joseph Kernaghan, Caroline Kernaghan, Jeremiah Williams, Bentley Wallace and Kye Wallace.
