Mr. Claude Hampton Napier, 80, of Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Baptist Health Louisville.  Born January 9, 1943 in Union County, he was a son of the late Claude and Glennie Godwin Napier.  He was also preceded in death by sisters, Helen Dorton, Ruth York and a brother, Sherrell Napier.  Hampton served our country in the US Army.  After his retirement from the military, he made Louisville, KY his home.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Hampton will be 11 AM Monday, April 17, 2023 by the graveside of Olive Branch Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends following by the graveside.

Those left to cherish his memory include a sister, Dot Helms of Monroe, many nieces and nephews and their families and a special friend, Adrianna Dryden of MI.
