Mr. John Harold Kiker, 85, passed away Sunday May 1, 2022 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.  Born February 4, 1937 in Union County, he was a son of the late John Oscar Kiker and Alice Pauline Walters Kiker.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Annie Ruth Moore. He was an avid Duke Blue Devils basketball fan and St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.  He worked as an electrician all of his life.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Harold will be 11 AM, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Peachland Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Peachland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday in the sanctuary of the church from 10-10:45.

Mr. Kiker is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara Kiker; and a son, Scott Kiker; niece Michelle Tucker and her husband Dean, their children Seth and Heath Tucker (Kalista).
