Mr. John Harold Nance, 90, passed Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Hospice House in Monroe.  Born July 25, 1934, in Anson County, NC, he was the son of the late Clonnie and Geneva Stegall Nance.  He was also preceded in death by brother, Lynn Nance.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Harold will be 3 PM, Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Deep Springs Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-2:45 in the church's fellowship building. The private burial will be at a later date in the church cemetery.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 69 years, Rebecca Wright Nance; sons, John Nance (Ruth), Paul Nance (Julie), Brian Nance (Gail) and Todd Nance (Kathleen); sister, Pat Felmet; ; 6 grandchildren and 2.4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Deep Springs Baptist Church cemetery fund.
