Mrs. Ida Ruth "Billie" Stegall, 88, passed away July 20, 2013 at Carolinaâ??s Specialty Hospital in Charlotte. She was the daughter of the late Jesse and Sally Walters High. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Ralph Stegall and one son Mr. James Stegall. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Mr. Fletcher High and Mrs. Louse High Carpenter. Funeral Services will be 11am Tuesday in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6pm-7:30pm Monday at Morgan & Son. She is survived by her son Mr. Bobby Stegall of Peachland and her daughter Mrs. Kathryn S. Gaddy and her husband Truby of Wadesboro.
