Mr. J. B. Mullis 78, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at Autumn Care in Marshville. Born October 29, 1937 in Stanly County, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, C. W. and Beulah Hatley Mullis, sister, Jean Baucom, daughter, Gwen Rape and a granddaughter, Draya Rape.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, October 14, 2016 at the New Hope Baptist Church. The family will greet friends Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at Morgan & Son Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife Auretia of the home; sons, Len Mullis and Tim Mullis and his wife Lisa all of Marshville; grandchildren, Alan, Jennifer, Crystal and Brandon Mullis; great grandchildren, Shelby Mullis, Ariel Draper, Will Mullis and Kamryn Mullis; brother, Ted Mullis and wife Mindy of Monroe; sister, Dolly McKee and husband Horace of Charlotte.
The family requests memorials be made to:
