Peachland – Mr. James Michael Short, 28, died Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Charlotte.  Born June 29, 1989 in Mecklenburg County, he was a son of John and Debbie Short. He was preceded in death by his fraternal grandfathers, James Ronald Short and maternal grandfather, Brady Clarence Little. Michael was full of life and he loved his Lord and Savior and shared his faith on a daily basis.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Michael will be held 11 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home with his uncle Brad T. Little officiating.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Joshua Short of Peachland, Stephen Short of California and Daniel Short of Peachland; maternal grandfather, Robert McEwan, maternal grandmother, Lynne McEwan and Saundra Little; fraternal grandmothers, Hazel Short and Dotty Short.
