Peachland- Mrs. Jane M. Austin 81, passed away Saturday the 5th of December, 2015 at CMC Union. She was the daughter of the late Jesse Herman and Mildred Holbrook Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Clarence Carl Austin, Sr. and her son Carl Austin, Jr.

Graveside Services will be11am Wednesday the 9th of December, 2015 in the Hamilton Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will follow the service.
She is survived by two daughters: Teresa Carter and her husband David of Marshville and Darla Helms and her husband Lane of Shallotte. Two brothers: Joseph Moore and Edward Moore. Three sisters: Diane Mills, Lois Funderburke and Linda Pierce all of Monroe. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
