Mrs. Janice Claudean Haigler Huggins, 81, passed away on September the 8th, 2018 at Novant Medical Center Matthews. She was born in Anson County on July the 2nd 1937 to the late Claude and Nannie Griffin Haigler. She was a homemaker for most of her life and worked several years for Monroe Hardware. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Charles Lee Huggins and her siblings: Reece Haigler and Jeanette Haigler.
Funeral Services will be 11am Tuesday the 11th of September, 2018 at Austin Grove Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-7pm Monday at Morgan & Son.
She is survived by her children: Mr. Dennis Huggins and his wife Michelle of Monroe, Mrs. Regina H. Griffin and her husband Brian of Monroe and Mr. Tim Huggins and his wife Pam of Marshville. Her brother Joe Neal Haigler and his wife Carolyn of Marshville and her sister Mrs. Lois Shook and her husband Johnny of Salisbury. Her grandchildren: Samantha Helms, Stephanie Huggins, Megan Scott, Tiffany Huggins, Lauren Griffin and Bradley Griffin. Great-grandchildren: Savannah Helms, Payton Helms, Addison Helms, and Kinsley Huggins.
