Charlotte – Mrs. Joyce Mae Prather Lycette, 78, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at her home. Born November 18, 1941 in Erie County, Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of the late Gail and Hazel Ivey Prather.
Survivors include sons, Stuart Lycett of Florida; daughters, Kelly Freiha of Florida and Chandra Hancock of Monroe, NC; granddaughter, Micayla Gott of Monroe; twin sister, Joan Costanzo; cousins, Joann  and Judy.
Funeral services will be private.
