Mr. William Kirk Walters, 83, of Polkton passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Trinity Place in Albemarle, NC.  Born July 16, 1942, in Polkton, NC, he was the son of the late Arthur Walters and Ethel Kirk Walters.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Craig Walters.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Kirk will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from the graveside of Williams Cemetery in Polkton.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Freddie Walters; sons, Billy Walters (Jill) and Arthur Walters (Suzette); daughter, Debbie Rhyner (Mark) grandchildren, Calvin Walters (Dee), Benjamin Walters, Blake Walters, Aaron and Ethan Walters.

The family will receive friends following the graveside at the cemetery and the family will be at their home following the graveside service.
