Marshville- Mrs. Lisa H. Broome 56, passed away Friday the 14th of December, 2018 at Hospice House of Union County. She was born in Union County on March the 5th, 1962 to the late T.C. and Frances Funderburke Horton. Lisa was a data manager for Marshville Elementary for over 24 years.

She is survived by her husband of over 29 years, Mr. Eddie Broome. Two sons: Daniel Thomas Charo his wife Joy of Unionville, and Timothy Elias Charo of Marshville. Her step-daughter Anna Christan Craft of Flat Rock, NC. Two grandchildren: Charlotte Charo and Chloe Charo. Her brother Mr. Robert Kevin "Charlie" Horton of Tn., and four sisters: Mrs. Mable Smith her husband Gene of Palm Harbor, Fla., Teresa Horton of Phoenix, Az., Mrs. Beverly Terry her husband Billy of Winnsboro, SC. and Mrs. Jennifer Milano her husband Mike of Weddington. Her mother-in-law Mrs. Lucille L. Broome of Monroe. Her brother-in-law Mr. Michael Broome his wife Audrey of Creedmore, and their daughter Alley.
