Marshville- Mrs. Lizzie G. Phifer, 94, passed away March 28, 2014 at Autumn Care. She was the daughter of the late Lexie R. and Eula Phifer. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Brady Lee Phifer and two sons: Mr. Douglas Phifer and Ken Phifer. Funeral Services will be 2pm Monday in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her sons: Mr. Jerry W. Phifer of Peachland, Tommy L. Phifer of Grecian, S.C., and Terry L. Phifer of Marshville. One daughter; Belinda Phifer also of Marshville. One sister; Lula Maynor of High Point, NC. 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
