Mrs. Louise R. Caudle 81, passed away at her residence on August, 25, 2018. She was born in Anson County on July the 9th, 1937 to the late Lester and Julia Eddins Ratliff. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. John Wiley Caudle, Sr. and her two sons: John Wiley Caudle, Jr. and Bobby Joe Caudle. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: James Ratliff, Lester Ratliff, and Virginia Spencer. She was a retired seamstress with Polkton Shirt Manufacturing. She was also a volunteer at Burnsville Recreation and Learning Center.
Funeral Services will be 11am Wednesday at Hopewell United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm – 7:30pm Tuesday evening at Morgan & Son Funeral Home.
She is survived by her children Mrs. Julia Potts and her husband Dellis of Marshville, Mrs. Gail Tomberlin and her husband Robert of Peachland. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Brandon Williams, Kim Williams, Mary Carpenter, Taylor High, and John Tomberlin, 5 great-grandchildren: Eli Williams, Savanna Williams, Alexis Williams, Brookelyn Tice, and Isaac Carpenter, 2 step-grandchildren: Kristin Tomberlin and Tiffany Tomberlin, and 5 step-great grandchildren: Kody McMillan, Sommer McMillan, Jayden Mullis, Kamryn McMillan and Risten Greene. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
