Peachland- Mrs. Lucy Watts Billingsley, 99, passed away January 27th, 2015 at Autumn Care of Marshville. She was the daughter of the late John and Agatha Grady Watts. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Billingsley and her grandson John Billingsley.
Funeral Services will be 11am Friday at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Visitation will be 6pm-7:30pm Thursday at Morgan & Son Funeral Home of Marshville.
She is survived by her son Mr. David Billingsley and his wife Jane of Peachland.
