Margaret Tarlton Hardwick, 73, died Thursday at Carolinas Specialty Hospital. Born February 1, 1940 in Union County, she was the daughter of the late Will Roy Tarlton and Jessie Griffin Tarlton. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Roy, Jack, Leon and Frank Tarlton and sister, Pat Helms A memorial service to celebrate the life of Margaret will be held Sunday at 2pm from the chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home. Mrs. Hardwick is survived by a son, William Stuart Hill of Dallas, TX; daughter, Kelly Hill Sautter and her husband Terry of Lake Wylie, SC; brothers, Rev. Jimmy Tarlton and Bob Tarlton both of Marshville; grandchildren, Andrew Sautter, Brian Sautter and Michael Sautter. The family suggests memorials made to the donorâ??s choice.
