Charlotte- Mrs. Margie A. Barbee, 88, passed away August the 5th, 2019 at the Levine Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. She was born in Union County on March the 15, 1933 to the late George Benjamin and Eva Ashcraft. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Edsel Barbee and one son Mr. Keith Barbee.
Graveside Services will be 11am Friday the 9th of August, 2019 in Marshville City Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
She is survived by her sons: Mr. Eddie Ray Barbee and his wife Anna of Belmont and Mr. Donnie Barbee of Charlotte. Her brother Mr. J.B. Ashcraft and his wife Margaret of Marshville. 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren also survive her.
