Marshville – Mrs. Mary Moore Marsh, 86 died Monday at Jesse Helms Center in Monroe.  Born February 4, 1931 in Union County, she was a daughter of the late Conley C. Moore and Honor Faulkner Moore.  She was also preceded in death by her husband L. L.  Marsh, a son, Jerry Marsh and her sister, Jeanie Perreault.

A funeral to celebrate the life of Mary will be held  4 PM, Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Morgan & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Marshville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Marsh is survived by two sons, Emmett Marsh and Parks Marsh both of Marshville; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials made to the Gilboa UMC, PO Box 330, Peachland, NC  28133.
