Mr. Max Hatley, Sr., 75, passed away Saturday the 13th of February, 2016 at Matthews Medical Center. He was born in Cabarrus County, NC to the late Clayton V. and Gladys Hunnicutt Hatley. He was a retired pharmacist and a partner in Marshville Drugs and Family Pharmacy.
Funeral Services will be 11am Wednesday in the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6pm-7:30pm Tuesday evening at Morgan & Son.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. JoAnn S. Hatley. One son Mr. Max Hatley, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Monroe. One daughter Kellie Hatley of Monroe. Two Step-sons: Christopher Hamrick of Huntersville and Jeff Hamrick of Charlotte. One grandchild Jacob Lane. Two step-grandchildren: Sarah Hamrick and Zoe Hamrick. One brother Mr. Clayton Hatley, Jr. and his wife Phyllis of Raleigh.
