Mr. Michael Rushing Parsons, 72, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at CMC - Union in Monroe.  Born August 28, 1944 in Wayne County, Michigan, he was a son of the late Gene and Ollie Parsons. He loved to garden and spending time with his grandsons.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday February 15, 2017 at the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.  Burial will be private

Michael is survived by his wife Mary of Indian Trail; a son, Jeff Parsons and his wife Shannon of Monroe; Sister, Lucille Pingston NC; grandchildren, Keegan and Walker Parsons.
