Peachland - Mildred Wright passed peacefully in her sleep on April 10, 2017.  Mildred was born to Leroy and Dallie Tucker in Albemarle, NC on December 11, 1934.   She was preceded in death by children, Bobby Wright, David Wright and Peggy Wright-Little. She loved bowling, all types of puzzles, scrabble and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was a very academically minded lady.

Mildred is survived by her husband, Clayborn (Red) Wright of 65 years, a brother Richard Tucker, a sister, Lulabelle Davis, her son, Mark Wright and 4 grandchildren; Michelle Lucas, Jonathan Wright, Stacey McWilliams and Michael Wright; great grandchildren, Kayli and Rebecca McWilliams.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 11 am from the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends by the graveside following the service.

The family suggests memorials to the charity of the donors choice.
