Marshville - Mr. Patrick Smith, 49, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Born March 17, 1972, in Stanly County, he was a son of Dan Allen Smith and Barbara Gentry.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Patrick will be 11 AM Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Fairfield Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 9:30 – 10:45 in the church fellowship building and following the graveside service by the grave.

In addition to his mother, Patrick is survived by his wife, Jamie Pate Smith; son, Quentin Smith; daughters, Alexis Smith and Allie Smith; step son, Preston McCall; step daughter, Madalyn McCall; brothers, Danny Smith (Michelle) and Kevin Smith; grandchildren, Dally and Dicen Smith; many nieces, nephews.
