Patsy High Tarlton, 75 of Greenville NC, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport, NC.  Pat was born on January 15, 1948 in Anson County to the late James Graham and Emma Thomas High. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald High of Peachland.

Pat had a long work history in banking, working for United Carolina Bank in Matthews and what would later become East Carolina Bank in Greenville NC.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Eaton (Roger) of Morehead City; grandchildren, Colin Eaton of Morehead City and Jimmy Eaton (Mili) of Winston-Salem; sister, Louise McSwain (Franklin) of Mint Hill; sister-in-law, Francis High of Peachland.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Patsy will be 2 PM Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Marshville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and family beginning at 1:30pm in the Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to your local Humane Society or no kill animal shelter.
