Marshville – Mrs. Peggy Ann Bonner High, 74, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Novant Health in Matthews.  Born January 27, 1948 in Union County, she was a daughter of the late James David Bonner, Jr. and Peggy Ann Moore Bonner.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elden High and a nephew, Matthew Langston.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Ann will be 11 AM, Monday, July 18, 2022 from the Union Grove Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends following the service by the grave.

Mrs. High is survived by her sister, Mrs. Lucy Langston and her husband Larry; niece, Mary Royal and her husband Dennis; Matthew's spouse, Amanda Kiker Langston; many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Wadesboro Church of God via their website, giving and donations tab.
