Her uncles, Mike Tarleton of Oakboro, NC and Wayne Hargrave of Meridianville, AL; She is also survived by numerous cousins residing in NC & AL.
She was known affectionately as her daddy's "Boog" and "Sparky Spark" was a very happy go lucky young lady. She excelled in school, was a former student of the month in Piedmont High School and graduated within the first semester of her senior year. She earned a partial scholarship to Wingate University, but wanted to take a break from school to start in the workforce. She was employed at Dollar General in New Salem and was promoted as "Keyholder" within a few months. She left Dollar General once she gained full time employment with Windsor Windows in Monroe.
She was always known for her smile that could light up any room and her bubbly personality. She had a true love of being outdoors, loved to fish, loved all animals and had always been a Daddy's Girl. She also enjoyed picking, cutting up and putting people in a better mood. She always wanted everyone to laugh and have a good time. Everyone that had the pleasure of meeting "Becca" loved her. She also had a passion for cooking and loved trying different cooking styles and recipes.
Rebecca was a kind and generous young lady - there were many occasions that she would give someone her last dollar or pitch in and help in a time of need.
She was well loved by her family, friends and co-workers. She will be greatly missed - but we know she is with her Lord and Savior. May she light up Heaven with her infectious and brilliant smile. As we remember "Becca" today and the days to come, know that Heaven has become a brighter place.
(A very special thanks from her Dad to: Tim Baucom, Brian Baucom, Wendy Gordon and Scott Propst)
