Mr. Robert Boyce Treadaway, Sr., 83 of Peachland, passed away August 22, 2021 at Atrium Health – Anson. Born July 14, 1938, he was a son of Pratt and Lola Stegall Treadaway. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Bet, son, Jeffery Robert Treadaway, sisters, Christine Moser, Joyce Helms, brothers, Thomas Treadaway and Johnny Treadaway.  Robert was a very dedicated and hard-working man.  He loved his family and friends with his whole heart.  He served the community for many years through his business, All Weather Heating and Cooling.  He loved having fish fries and having family, friends and neighbors come over.  He was the happiest when he was outside on his tractor or lawn mower.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11AM from the Peachland United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Oakdale/Griffin Family Cemetery beside his first wife. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10-10:45 in the church.

Mr. Treadaway is survived by his loving wife, Patsy Madden Treadaway; sons, Robert Boyce Treadaway, Jr. and wife Carrie, Todd Treadaway and wife Wendy, Shawn Treadaway; daughter, Wendy T. Redmond and husband George; step daughter, Christine M. Murray and husband Tim; brothers, Wayne Treadaway and wife Mary and Charles Treadaway and wife Katherine; sister, Shirley Treadaway;  He had 6 grandchildren, R. Christopher Treadaway and his wife Kaila, Ryan A. Redmond and wife Sydney, R. Casey Redmond and wife Kayla, K. Blake Treadaway, Jax Treadaway, Laney Treadaway; 9 step grandchildren, Fran Allen, Crystal Beaman, Sarah Whitley, Rebecca Honeycutt, Rhiannon Hall, Autumn Solomon, Lindsay McKaskle, Evan Murray and Erin Murray; 24 great-grandchildren that he loved dearly.
